OUR PROCESS
Step 1: Contact
- Contact us by phone, email, or by filling out the form on our Contact page
- Often, bringing your campaign to life is more complicated than just emailing your design file to us. For that reason, we have a tried-and-tested process that makes sure nothing is left to chance
Step 2: Kick Off Meeting
- Your dedicated account manager will discuss your exact needs, timeframe and preferred materials. If you’re not 100% sure what you need, that’s no problem. Tell us what you want to achieve and we’ll come up with some ideas based on our extensive experience. This step is actually the most important in the entire process – these early conversations insure the small details are thought about which means fewer hitches later in the process, and we can often find ways to save you money
Step 3: Consult
- Our Sales Team can talk to you on the phone or meet you in our offices or on-site to gain a full understanding of your requirements and objectives
Step 4: Estimate
- We will provide you with an itemised estimate
Step 5: Approve estimate
- Once you have approved your estimate, your next step is design if you require this service or if you have print ready files you email to design@punctualprint.com
Step 6: Design
- Our Design Team will create, redesign or alter your images or logos to suit the particular application. We can accept artwork, logos and photographs in most formats, but EPS, PDF, TIFF, AI or PSD files are best
Step 7: Approve design
- We provide you with proofs and full visuals for your approval, before manufacture and installation. If you want any changes made, we’ll be happy to make them
Step 8: Print or Install
- Once you have finalised your proofs, we’ll send them to print straight away and advise on lead-time. For installation, our signage department will be in touch to confirm date and time of install
